The Only Posada Where Your Tía Won’t Ask Why You’re Still Single
Join us for an unforgettable night at Las Fotos Project’s first annual Posada fundraiser on Saturday, December 6th from 6 to 10 PM in Boyle Heights. Come dance, eat, and celebrate with us while supporting the next generation of young women and gender expansive artists of color in Los Angeles. Secure your tickets via the link in our bio.
The evening will include
• Cumbia dance lessons and open baile throughout the evening
• Tamales, pozole, and warm holiday drinks
• Beer and tequila garden for guests 21+
• Mini piñata-making activity hosted in partnership with LACMA’s NextGenLA
• Digital photo booth, raffle prizes, and community vibes
• DJ-curated music, festive lighting, and surprises throughout the night
All proceeds support Las Fotos Project’s free year-round photography, mentorship, and creative career programs for young women and gender-expansive youth ages 14–24. Your ticket helps sustain creative education, paid job opportunities, and pathways into the arts rooted in joy, belonging, and cultural celebration.
This event is hosted by the Las Fotos Project Advisory Board and Youth Advisory Council. Bring your friends, your dancing shoes, and your holiday spirit.
